Rayan Dahduli

Rayan is a civil engineering professional with a proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects. At Partanna Arabia, Rayan leads operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, both in field and in a management capacity for our team on the ground and local partnerships.
Prior to Partanna, Rayan led the development of the Sahatona 10-story parking structure in Saudi Arabia, applying technical and leadership skills to enhance project delivery.
Before that, Rayan worked for Attieh Group Companies as a Project Manager, managing several mega-projects that have reshaped the landscape of Saudi Arabia. Highlights of those projects include: the Riyadh Metro, King Abdullah International Garden, King Salman Park, Qiddiya, Marsa Tale Red Sea, Sindalah Island (NEOM), the Culture Square Project in Jeddah, Seven Al-Hamra Exit 10, Tahlia Underpass, Sari Bridge, and Jeddah New Corniche.
Rayan has also worked outside of Saudi Arabia, while based in California, he held a role with Flatiron as a Project Engineer on a High-Speed Rail (HRS) project. Rayan was focused on project execution plans to drive efficiency and construction quality control.
Rayan graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California State University, Sacramento in December 2015. He is passionate about excellence and innovation in civil engineering and is most at home when working on transformative projects that define modern urban development.
