The Partanna Home
On October 16th, 2023, Partanna proudly unveiled its Model Home in Arawak Cay, Bahamas. This marked the initial step in the planned construction of 1,000 carbon-negative, hurricane-resistant homes in the Bahamas in part of an agreement made with the Government of the Bahamas during COP27. Partanna produced 90,000 CMUs earmarked for the initial 30 home pilot project.
These homes will absorb 50-100% of the carbon emitted during the construction process of a traditional 1,250 square foot home and highlight the exclusive use of Partanna CMU within the structure and foundation.
